
Margi has a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre arts from Davis and Elkins College in West Virginia, and a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from WVU. She has taught youth theater in a many places including California, Arizona and the Republic of Panama. Currently, she is teaching and directing at the Ice House in Berkeley Springs, West Va.
One of her favorite ways of working with youth is through the use of theater productions. Margi also is a therapist at Eastridge Health Systems where she counsels many different kinds of clients.
Margi has long been interested and involved in music. As a singer, she has sung in folk groups, jazz choirs and concert choirs, as well as performing in musicals. She is an active member of the Living Springs Chorale, and has three children who are budding musicians. When the opportunity came to help build a children’s choir, she jumped in with both feet.
